Greece threatens a veto in the EU for Fredi Beleri, Rama is not worried:
Rama and Micotaqis

Diplomatic relations with Greece are extremely tense due to the arrest of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

Amid threats from Athens to veto Albania's integration into the European Union, Prime Minister Edi Rama seems completely unconcerned.

During the oil conference in Shpirag, Rama said that he is not afraid of such a scenario, according to which the SHELL test in Shpirag is much more important to him.

"I am afraid of only one thing, that the test in Shpirag will not be successful, I am only afraid of this, nothing else ," said Rama.

Fredi Beleri is in prison, arrested for "corruption in elections", therefore he cannot be sworn in as mayor and risks losing the mandate won on May 14.
