After announcing the changes in the government, Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived at the Presidency to hand over the decrees for the new changes to President Begaj .

President Begaj arrived at the Presidency at the start of the Congress.

The changes introduced by Rama:

Elisa Spiropali - leaves the post of Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament - Appointed Speaker of the Assembly after the resignation of Lindita Nikolla 

Taulant Balla  - Resigned from the position of Minister of the Interior - Appointed Minister of Relations with Parliament - Position held until today by Elisa Spiropali

Ervin Hoxha is appointed Minister of the Interior - a position held until today by Taulant Balla, he currently held the position of the head of the IKMT 

Petrit Malaj - Appointed Minister of Finance - Position held until today Ervin Mete - Currently held the position of head of AKBN

Pirro Vëngu  - Appointed Minister of Defense - Position held until today by Niko Peleshi - He currently held the position of Director of the Port Authority of Durrës

Bledi Çuçi - Left the position of the chairman of the SP group - Appointed Deputy Speaker of the Parliament - Position held until today by Ermonela Felaj.

Niko Peleshi - Left the post of Minister of Defense - Appointed head of the SP group
