These are the images when Prime Minister Edi Rama arrives at the SP headquarters, where the parliamentary group meeting has begun at 09:00.

A day earlier, the head of government submitted to the Head of State, Bajram Begaj, the proposals for the latest changes in the government at the meeting held at the Brigades Palace.

"The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, received the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, in a meeting. The Prime Minister presented the proposals for changes in the government cabinet at the meeting. The constitutional procedure provides for a 7-day deadline for the decreeing of ministers," the Presidency announced after the meeting.
