The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, in a statement to the media from Himara, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of being the one who decides who will vote in Albania.

According to Noka, 6157 Himariots were denied the right to vote as it was determined by the Prime Minister.

He added that at least 500 euros were spent in Himare, a statement for which he said that facts will be presented at the end of the process.

Noka also accused SPAK of having amnestied election crimes, while calling today's elections a "massacre".

Among other things, Noka stated that for several days he contacted the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashin, who communicated to him that Rama was the one who did not allow the voting of 6157 Himariots.

Flag Noka:  "Celibashi emphasized with his mouth that in Albania, who votes and who does not is decided by Edi Rama. 6157 voters of Himara were denied the right to vote, a constitutional right, this only happens in the regime and never happens in a democratic state. 6157 voters would be the ones who would decide the fate of a process. That's where Edi Rama has been for at least 3 weeks there are power gangs every day in the territory, blackmailing and threatening. Here are all the administration, all the ministers, all the directors giving the tapi, someone giving permission, someone giving usage rights, someone promising permission for a hotel or for things others. All the hordes of power have landed here to alienate the vote of the Himariots. In some areas, it is said that the vote has gone for 500 euros."

Do you have facts Mr. Noka? Do you have video of this complaint?

Flamur Noka: Everyone is on the ground, at the end of the process all the facts and evidence will be collected. I can tell you that this whole election massacre that took place today, but did not start today, happened because in Albania election crimes are amnestied because the SKAP of the party decided the amnesty of the election crime with the disappearance of file 184 and 339 so Edi Rama and his hordes were engaged in a major electoral crime in Himare today.

You are warning in this kind of form even the loss of your candidate in these elections, before the counting has started and before the counting has finished?

Flamur Noka: No, no one is talking about defeat or victory. I am giving findings of a long process in Himare, which started with the denial of the right to vote of 6157 voters, with the terror that Himariots have felt on their backs during this period, you see in every polling station the villains of Rilindja blackmailing and threatening , on the other hand, in the bars there are directors who distribute corks, permits for campaigning. On the other side of the headquarters, you have officials and thugs distributing money. The ministers here, the whole government. What is this? Regular electoral process? This is an electoral crime since a country that would have independent justice and not SKAP-Duman would not dare to do these things.

Will you ask for repeat elections, considering the precedent of Rrogozhina?

Flamur Noka : I am here to refute the head of the CEC who blames the non-voting of 6157 Himara voters on the political parties. It's all a trick and a lie. Personally, I have contacted the head of the CEC several times. The head of PBDNJ Vangjel Dule has contacted, our representative Ivi Kaso in the CEC has contacted and Mr. Celibashi between the truth and deception because he is afraid of Edi Ramen, chose deception. Mr. Celibashi has communicated to me personally that Edi Rama does not give the right to vote to 6157 Himariots because he does not want to.

Did you have these communications today?

Flamur Noka: I have had them for several days, not only today.

If you have had them for a few days, why did you participate in the election?

Flamur Noka: PD and the united opposition are not boycotting elections, but we are finding out what happened. The point is, in what Celibashi said, in Albania who votes is decided by Edi Rama and not the citizens.
