DP's $6 million lobbying, Rama: Why was so much money needed when it was my and Soros' "conspiracy"

Prime Minister Edi Rama has started the conversation through the "Sy m'sy" column. Rama is answering questions posed by followers on social networks. 

Rama began his speech with the DP's $6 million contract with the lobbying company in the US. 

"Patriotic contracts and they have raised $6 million to clean up the swamp owl's, US stamp of grand corruption and undermining democracy. Why did they need $6 million if this stamp was of a Soros conspiracy with me and using the US seal?"
