The owner of the agrotourism "Mrizi i Zanave", Altin Prenga, and the mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, had a strong controversy this Monday on the social network Facebook, while the arrogance of the mayor of Lezha was evident.

It all started after Prenga shared a video from Prime Minister Edi Rama's meeting in Tirana, where during the presentation of the project for using the former Autotractor Plant for the production of uniforms and military vehicles, a citizen complained about corruption in state institutions.

"Personally, we have 2 houses and an unlegalized basement because this country is full of intrigue and I was never able to develop a normal practice with ownership documents or building permits due to the vicissitudes of property in this country, while I see permits and legalizations with agricultural land in the sea. I think we have many hyenas among us, intriguers, corrupt, cultivated in our blood and it takes years to change," Prenga wrote next to the video.

But Prenga's post was not well received by the mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, who commented on it with complete arrogance.

"In fact, those who are served more and more correctly cry more! From my verification it turns out that you are a pawn, you have never been asked anything like corruption and you have the legalization of illegal constructions in process! You are a little bit of poison and you are going too far," was Ndreu's arrogant comment on Prenga's post.

The owner of the agrotourism "Mrizi i Zanave" responded to the mayor of Lezha by telling him that no one had asked him for money at state offices, but the institutions treat him as an illegal on the lands of his ancestors.

"Pjerin Ndreu, it's true that I've never been asked for any money personally, and who has the opportunity to read the status exactly? But I've never been treated as if I were living within the law on my properties, but every time as if I were living illegally on my grandfather's lands in the village."

"I'm not outraged, but I'm saying that the system is made by people and if we don't all change, it's hard to expect anything from above or by blaming two or three people. Our society is so paradoxical that the director of the Lezha Association was attacked on the portals because he asked the staff to work long hours to meet citizen demands," Altin Prenga replies.

Afterwards, Prenga deleted the post where the debate with the mayor of Lezha took place, making another post with the ironic caption:

"Since every time I post statuses I get attacked simultaneously by the right, the left, and the alternative forces, from now on I will only publish bacon and things with food. Are we okay?"
