At noon today, Tom Doshi was caught by the cameras entering the Prime Minister's Office. The meeting comes a day after Edi Rama started the movements to determine the candidates for the local elections.

As well as the change of some district leaders, Doshi is interested in his stronghold, Shkodra. Edona Bilali left the capital of the north and the Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, was appointed.

In the elections of April 25, 2021, Tom Doshi managed to get three mandates from the votes collected in the district of Tirana and Shkodra. Prime Minister Edi Rama has denied knowing about Tom Doshi's visit to the Prime Minister, shortly before the government meeting.

" I have no knowledge about this yesterday, who enters and who leaves this building is not my duty at all. I come in from somewhere and have my share of work. It is your duty to eavesdrop on who enters and who leaves ," said Rama, answering journalists' questions after leaving the government meeting.
