A tense situation occurred today during an unannounced visit by Prime Minister Edi Rama to the city of Vlora.
During a walk in public spaces near the city hall, Rama was confronted by a citizen who was following him, which caused him to react in harsh tones.
"Go away now, don't come after me," Rama says.
