The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party has submitted to the Assembly a request for the establishment of an investigative committee to control the legality of the approval procedures of the "Durres Marina and Yachts" Project.

The Democrats' request emphasizes that part of the scope of the Parliamentary Committee's investigation should be the sale of the port management concession to the company Schapha doo, and verification of the procedures for the construction of the new Port in Porto Romano is also requested.
