The Freedom Party MP caused quite a stir on Monday morning when she appeared at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime walking with the help of a cane.

After leaving court, Kryemadhi revealed to reporters that he was injured while working out. "You know that I work out a lot and I injured my knee, my meniscus. But I also like it a little because it's trendy," said Kryemadhi.

Monika Kryemadhi is being investigated by SPAK for "corruption", "money laundering" and "hiding assets", in the same file as her former president and ex-husband Ilir Meta, who has been under "prison arrest" security measure since October 23.

Earlier, the GJKKO, by order of SPAK, also placed under seizure 2 villas belonging to Monika Kryemadhi and her mother in Kodra e Diellit.
