The preliminary hearing for former president Ilir Meta has been postponed to December 22 .

The leader of the PL and Monika Kryemadhi participated in the session, as did Ema Coku.

Meta has requested to be familiar with the investigation file.

"I want to familiarize myself with the investigation file. Please make the materials available to me," Meta is reported to have said.

At the beginning of the session, Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, in a statement to the media, said: " You have to understand something, this court will either return to legality, or we will not leave it, this is the whole story, it will return to legality ."
