The victory of Giorgia Meloni in the parliamentary elections in Italy marks a significant turn in the politics of the neighboring country. Not only will the 45-year-old remain in history as the first female prime minister in that country, but she is also a representative of the conservative right, which won the elections for the first time.

In Europe, beyond support from sister forces such as Le Pen in France and Orban in Hungary, the messages have been characterized by skepticism.

But how will the convincing victory of the right-wing forces affect the life of the Albanian community there?

According to Besian Zogaj, researcher of international relations, chances are that very little will change.

"I see many upset faces, but there is no reason. Right-wing Italian governments have collaborated with Albania, from partnership to trade agreements, while we haven't deepened our partnership with that country for 12 years," he says to A2 CNN.

The pension recognition agenda is an essential issue for Albanians who have been working there for decades.

"I don't believe they will be affected, it is in the common interest, we also have an Italian community in Albania. The truth is that this agreement was initiated by a left-wing party like the Democratic Party, but in the end I don't believe that we will have bad news".

Journalist Keti Biçoku from Rome has the opposite opinion, who has been reporting on the situation and difficulties of the Albanian community in Italy for years.

"I have the impression that no, the facts have shown that they were never in favor of this agreement. If it can be ratified in the Parliament, it would be a great victory, but the doubts are great".
