"In addition to Iranian hackers, Albania's systems have also been attacked by Serbian and Russian hackers." This is what the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated in the weekly conversation with journalists.

Berisha emphasized that he got the information from three serious sources. Also, the leader of the right has accused the government that the TIMS system and the database of the scientific police have been attacked by its hackers in order to eliminate, according to him, its links with crime.

"I inform the Albanians, from triple sources, that in the operation to destroy the digital infrastructure in Albania, among others, government hackers, Russian and Serbian hackers are participating. The government has hidden the truth from the Albanians. Rama gave them with his group. Kosovo has been attacked by Albania's systems. Montenegro is also under attack from Macedonia. I don't know about these last two, but for Kosovo I'm sure it's from the Albanian systems. Complete penetration of Serbian or Russian hackers... It is known that they have the biggest problems with Kosovo. The Defense of Kosovo has repeatedly stated that the attacks are from the region. The TIMS system and the scientific police database, which has everything underworld, has nothing to do with the portals, but direct links to government hacking intervention that will eradicate its links to crime. 

Berisha said that these same Albanian hackers are also attacking Kosovo, since the country's government itself has admitted that it is being attacked by hackers from the region.
