Journalist Blendi Fevziu says that Sali Berisha cannot be a solution for the opposition in 2025, when the parliamentary elections will be held. 

Invited to the "Te Paespozuarit" show, Fevziu stated that Berisha should not leave at this moment because this will further divide the opposition, but added that he cannot lead the opposition in the 2025 elections. 

Fevziu stated that Berisha can withdraw and keep a symbolic role as honorary president. 

"I think that Mr. Berisha, at the moment, cannot have a solution in the DP with his departure. I think that for the 2025 elections, Berisha should play the role of the honorary chairman, or the father of the DP, but without influence and should open a race for elected a new one. PD needs a leader in his forties.

DP should sit at the table and ask themselves What happened to you. No cameras needed. Second, DP should conduct a deep survey of its electorate to understand why its voters did not turn out. Take a survey, for the reasons of this.
