Ervin Karamuço has shown how to proceed with the mandate of Fredi Beleri for Himar Municipality.

Invited to "Top Talk", Karamuço says that if Beleri does not take the oath to take the mandate, he is no longer the mayor, while if he does not show up for office within a period of three months, he will be dismissed immediately.

Ervin Karamuço:  If he does not take the oath to receive the mandate, he is no longer the mayor, if he does not appear in office for three months, he is immediately dismissed. We have a jurisprudence of the mayor of Dibër, Shykri, in which the Constitutional Court has decided that even though the person has not yet been sentenced by a final court decision, the decision competes, because the government is empowered by the constitution, that for any matter that they judge that it is a flagrant violation of the constitution, they can dismiss him. This part is also left in force. The dismissal is in the hands of the Council of Ministers.

Fredi Beleri received the measure of arrest in prison from the special prosecution today. Their arrest came after the denunciation of vote-buying.
