" I cannot determine who the opposition is, it is clearly defined. The opposition is PD, which is the majority of the opposition. For the sake of joint work, we need to sit down and discuss issues that deserve to work together, " he said.

But as he predicts, will he find a common language with Gazment Bardhi, who has been appointed head of the group by only 19 DP deputies?

" Each parliamentary group has its own decision making. As long as we have the same objective on certain issues, it gives us the opportunity to vote on them together," he said.

But what does Taulant Balla think about Sali Berisha's proposal that voting in elections be mandatory? The Socialist did not close the door to this proposal.

"These proposals should all be examined in the election reform commission. We have postponed the deadline. We all agreed that this commission should meet and consider all the proposals that come from the ODHIR reports.

Let's leave time for the implementation of the legislation. Institutions have time to implement the changes. The proposal? This should be discussed first within our parliamentary group and second should be seen in harmony by other EU countries.
