The Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, demands that the law-carrying bodies inspect the parliament, as she says, today it has been turned into a crime scene by DP deputies.

The DP MPs today burned their chairs at the entrance of parliament in protest over the imprisonment of their colleague, Ervin Salianji.

According to Spiropal, this is an act that in history has been perpetrated by the greatest contemptors and destroyers of democracy.

Spiropal's full comment:

"Our chairs are citizens' said one opposition mp! This is very true and therefore those chairs are to be respected by sitting on them with the weight of the trust taken from the citizens. Their burning proves the most extreme level of disrespect for citizens, the law and the institutions of the democratic state.

Unfortunately, the fire on parliaments has only been set by the greatest contemptors and destroyers of democracy in its history. Even more unfortunately today's arson, and extreme acts of violence inside the hall, have turned the Assembly into a crime scene, to be examined by law-enforcing bodies.
Deep regret!
