Shkodran singer Luiz Ejlli, even after the end of "Big Brother Vip", continues to be one of the most commented characters of Albanian showbiz.

Luizi came out openly in support of the newly elected socialist mayor of the Municipality of Shkodra, Benet Beci, and in his electoral campaign for the May 14 local elections. Today, the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, seems to have wanted to benefit from Luiz's fame. The latter has published a photo on social networks, where he appears together with Luiz and his little daughter.

However, some of the commentators have pointed out that Taulant Balla once attacked the Shkodran singer from the floor of the Assembly, in connection with his appointment as First Secretary for Culture and Tourism at the Albanian Embassy in Paris in 2010.

Balla declared in 2014 that Luizi was appointed as the First Secretary for Culture and Tourism at the Albanian Embassy in Paris with the intervention of the former Speaker Jozefina Topalli, since at that time her daughter went to study in France and was engaged to Luizi. Balla also mentions to Topalli the appointment of her brother as a diplomat.

According to the socialist, Luizi also won the Song Festival with the intervention of Topalli, but he makes a slip after mentioning the year 2011, while Luizi won the Song Festival in 2006 and at that time he stated that he was not connected still with the daughter of Jozefina Topalli.
