Once again, the Directorate of Prisons has refused to grant a special permit to the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

It is reported that the General Directorate of Prisons did not grant permission to Beler arguing that special permits are given for illness for funeral ceremonies or exams to attend studies.

Beleri has made a request to receive a permit, in order to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara, a request which has been rejected.

We remember that this is the several times that Beleri has tried and requested permission to leave the cell in order to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara.

A few days ago, Beleri announced through a post on social networks that he has applied for a special permit 3 times and that he was rejected twice by SPAK, while once he did not receive an answer.

We remind you that the deadline for Beleri to be sworn in is September 15, after which the prime minister will be forced, according to the law, to announce early elections in Himare.
