The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has arrived at the blue headquarters for a meeting with the former prime minister, Sali Berisha.

The meeting comes a day after Ilir Meta submitted the request to the CEC for the registration of Berisha's candidate, Emri Vata , in the elections for the Kukës Municipality under the logo of " We win together ". Local partial elections in Kukës will take place on September 24.

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission has decided that the largest opposition party is the one led by Ilir Meta because the coalition " We win together " and the candidates of Sali Berisha received 18% of the votes on May 14, while the DP only received 7%.

As a result, the Freedom Party will receive more commissioners and more funds than the party led by Lulzim Basha .

Meanwhile, the Democratic Party is officially the third party in the country.
