Klodian Murat

We have all heard or even used the famous expression "I did this in Castile". This expression was said in a television studio by the yoga trainer, Klodian Murati, who, while doing an exercise, looked like he fell badly and after this fall he said "I did this in Castile".

However, when you watch the video carefully, it seems as if Murat dropped his body a little and fell. However, the yoga instructor continues with his version. He says that he has really castile.

" Whoever watched the live show saw that before I did this exercise I introduced it and said that I have this thing connected with the philosophy of life. So I fell down, I did it in order to show people that even if you fall you should not give up but get back up and try.I did it to show that in life there is no failure, there are only results.

In the second stand then I did not fall. There were some who said 'you put the wrong hand'. I just dropped the microphone and when I saw the video, it seemed as if I had put my hand on the crotch because I was injured, but that was not the case" , says the coach.
