Renowned singer Shpat Kasapi passed away a few days ago after a cardiac arrest in Bergamo, Italy.
The singer's family has been awaiting the procedures of the Italian state, while Milan director Igli Tare has personally intervened to expedite them so that the deceased's body can be returned to North Macedonia as soon as possible.
In this regard, the Kasapi family has publicly thanked Milan's sports director, including the singer's brother, who has publicly thanked Igli Taren.
"These are days of great pain for our family. We thank all those who have been by our side in this heavy loss. I want to express public gratitude to Igli Tara, our compatriot who did the impossible and was a key factor in Shpati's body being returned to our country in record time. We have been extremely touched and we greatly appreciate this support," Shpati's brother, Albin Kasapi, told Sportmania.
