The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti , welcomed to Pristina the musical group "Shkodra Elektronike", who represented Albania in Eurovision 2025 and managed to qualify for the grand final of this prestigious event.

The duo, Beatrice and Kola, performed on the first day of the international feminist and artistic festival FemArt13, with the motto "Free the Mind", which is being held from June 16 to 21, 2025, on the stage of AMC Hall in Pristina.

In a post on social media, Prime Minister Kurti expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the success of Albanian artists on European stages. “Today we welcomed the flame of Eurovision 2025 to Pristina, our successful musical Shkodra, which has illuminated the great stages of Europe with its electro-pop style, ” he wrote.

Kurti particularly praised the song "Zjerm", with which "Shkodra Elektronike" put Albania among the 10 most voted songs of the night, while international media such as 'The Guardian' described their performance as one of the most unique of this edition.

During the meeting, they also discussed their new project, "Shndrit!", which is being warmly received by the public and critics, as well as ongoing artistic plans, including international tours and new musical collaborations.

Comparing them to alternative British music legends like Siouxsie and the Banshees or Sisters of Mercy, Kurti said: "With us, 'Shkodra Elektronike' is now a convincing name, a name that doesn't stop, neither in the studio nor on stage."
