Pentagon spokeswoman deletes post declaring "Kosovo is Serbia"

It took two years for Pentagon spokesperson Kingsley Wilson to reflect and delete the controversial post on social media where she declared that "Kosovo is Serbia."

Wilson had stated this on the social network "X", formerly known as Twitter, in 2023, long before taking the position of press secretary at the Pentagon.

However, many Albanians, including activist Evi Kokalari, have repeatedly reminded her of the statement, which is not among the only controversial statements she has made.

In an interview with One America News in 2023, Wilson called for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to be arrested, as well as praising Vladimir Putin's "encyclopedic knowledge of the history of his people" in Tucker Carlson's interview with Putin.
