Serbia suffered a 0-1 defeat to Albania, thus moving away from the world objective. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić was asked by journalists about the match, while he chose to link it to the elections being held in Kosovo this Sunday.

"Everywhere, by 10 o'clock, the turnout was higher in Serb areas than in Albanian ones. I hope that the Serb List wins, I hope that they will be able to take back part of the government."

"I would like tonight to be a slightly more important celebration in the Serbian communities in Kosovo and Metohija than that celebration. Just as they rejoiced last night with the Albanian flag, so that tonight, for a more important issue than kicking a ball, people can rejoice in the Serbian communities," Vučić said.
