A media mogul and farmland owner, Shepherd Bushiri, is the richest man in the poorest country on the planet, Malawi, East Africa.

He has a net worth of 150 million dollars, who is a self-proclaimed "Prophet".

With a population of 16 million, Malawi is a landlocked country in the southeastern region of the African continent.

It is considered by all international indexes as the poorest country in the world.

At a time when his countrymen would have to live nearly 6 million years to earn that amount of money, he had a net worth of $150 million.

He is described by the residents as "Major 1" or the "Prophet" of the Pope in Christian circles, where he bought three planes within two years.

After purchasing the third Gulf Stream III jet for $37 million on January 6, he told the press:

"I am a man of God. I believe that I should live by example. I teach the words that strengthen everyone's faith. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", said Bushiri.

However, it seems that the "Prophet" has missed the passage in the Bible where it says that the rich should share their wealth and follow him.
