Trump threatens: If fast ships violate blockade, they will be eliminated like drug ships

"If any of the 'fast ships' come even close to our blockade, they will be eliminated immediately." This is what Donald Trump said in another reaction on his social network Truth, emphasizing that he will use the same elimination method as with drug traffickers with ships at sea.

Trump also claimed that the Iranian navy is being hit hard, while warning that even small attack boats will not be tolerated if they approach controlled areas.

"Iran's Navy is at the bottom of the sea, completely destroyed - 158 ships. What we have not hit is their small number of what they call 'fast attack craft', because we did not consider them much of a threat. Warning: If any of these vessels approach our blockade, they will be eliminated immediately, using the same killing system we use against drug traffickers on ships at sea. It is fast and brutal. PS 98.2% of drugs entering the US by ocean or sea are interdicted! Thank you for your attention to this matter," Trump wrote.

Meanwhile, Turkey, along with other intermediary countries, is making efforts to resume talks between the United States and Iran, although a timetable has not yet been set.

A Turkish government source told the Russian news agency RIA Novosti. Ankara, the source reported, “is taking steps to ensure that the negotiation process between the US and Iran does not stall and continues… Work is being done to create conditions for the negotiations to expand and reach a lasting agreement. However, there are no specific dates yet,” the source said.

Turkey is ready to offer the venue and organize the next rounds of talks because it considers the diplomatic path “the only way to reduce tensions,” the source continued. “We are ready to help create the conditions for a sustainable negotiation process and to reach mutually acceptable terms,” he added.
