Six people ended up in handcuffs yesterday. They are suspected of rape and trafficking of the 11-year-old girl during the month of June this year.

The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina today during the day asked for detention for the arrested while they have already been brought before the court.

They have been brought under the escort of law enforcement. As announced by the Prosecutor's Office, the arrested are charged with three criminal offences.

" The six suspects (majors) are suspected of being involved in criminal activity, namely as suspects for committing the criminal offenses "Trafficking in people", "Sexual services of the victim of trafficking" and "Rape", as well as, in based on the evidence and testimonies obtained so far from the conducted investigations, it is suspected that they are involved in the case of June, where the minor was reported as a missing person " - the announcement states.

The six suspects were arrested a few days after the arrest of five others who allegedly raped the 11-year-old girl in Pristina.

The case of August and that of June will be investigated separately because they happened in different periods and the suspects are different people.
