European leaders hold second phone call with Zelensky, without Donald Trump's participation

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer held a second telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this morning.

The conversation is taking place in a group setting, also with the European leaders of NATO member states and President Zelensky.

It is learned that this is the same group of leaders who participated in the previous call with the American President.

However, Donald Trump is not part of this second call.
