At the price of fuels in the sky, citizens are looking for alternative means in their daily life. Strengthened by the failure to afford the price of oil, there are those who choose the bike, others choose to walk and some choose the Scooter.

But most choose public transport and making this choice in this period is a separate challenge and bet with health.

Stubby, no conditioning and overstuffed. Images from the daily ity of public transport lines in Tirana at peak movement schedules are torture.

One of the newest lines that was recently introduced was "Green Line". "Bad eye" took a bus of this line to the River Lana. It's the driver's fault. But citizens denounce with messages in Voxnews.al that buses of this line do not use air conditioners.

"I've been ready for two months since I get home from work taking tirana's autobisut line, Green Line. Rings, buses don't open air conditioners. According to fatorinos, we have orders from chiefs not to open air conditioners," a citizen said by message.

The order given orally by superiors for non-use, or low use of air conditioners, does not only have green line drivers and fatoriaries. The lines of Crystal, New Tirana, Kamza and others have the same problem. The reason for the failure is related to savings. If buses turn on air conditioners consume more fuel, which translates into more expenses and less profits for line owners, although the latter have also benefited from a fatpackage reimbursement of fuels by the Government.

With temperatures ranging from 40 degrees, the Municipality of Tirana, as the governing body, must intervene and inspect whether companies that are doing business with the vital daily transport service of citizens are implementing contract points, or not. If not, penalties must be harsh... And maybe someone becomes an example by taking off his license.
