The former head of the Mallakastër fire department, Armand Aliaj, was raped this morning in his bar in Ballsh by several masked individuals who hit him with a crowbar at around 7:00 in the morning, while he was alone in the bar.

According to his testimony, he had just finished making coffee and the perpetrators shot him in the back, without saying a word, and then drove away in an "Audi Q5" vehicle.

After the attack, Aliaj went to the Ballsh hospital himself, where he received first aid. He suffered injuries to his forehead, hands, and shoulder, and the wound on his forehead required stitches.

He was then transported to Fier Hospital for further examinations, where his condition is reported to be stable.

Aliaj has stated that he has no conflicts with anyone, while the motives for the attack still remain unclear.

After the incident, the police went to Ballsh hospital to obtain information about the circumstances of the attack.
