In the Public Procurement Agency, the tender with the object "Reconstruction of the Constitutional Court Building" has been published. According to the tender data, the limit fund is set at the value of 8,166,266 (eight million one hundred sixty six thousand two hundred sixty six lek), which will be realized with a framework agreement. The deadline for submission of offers is until June 26.

But what is included in the reconstruction of the building?

Referring to the tender documents, the technical specifications are from the implementation project, the demolition and transport works, the walls, the painting, the electrical, telephone, and internet network as well as the hydraulic network.

Meanwhile, interventions will be made in ceiling lighting, parquet laying, internal and external shutters, air conditioning system, etc.

In defining the criteria, the contractor must define in detail the phases of the works for predicting the timelines for the realization of the works. Meanwhile, for each case, the deadlines given by the contractor must be justified and accompanied by explanations of the use, the working cycle of the machines, and the workforce.

But one of the most important processes of implementing works is monitoring. Based on the analysis of the results of the monitoring, the contractor can change the solutions offered for the implementation of the works, but in any case the changes will be made on the basis of a detailed analysis of the unforeseen needs arising during the implementation of the works and will be approved by the supervisor or and from the investor.
