The country may soon have a new property revaluation process. The initiative has been proposed in the Parliament by the deputy of the majority Blerina Gjylameti.

This initiative aims to offer citizens the possibility of real estate revaluation until June 31, 2025.

If the initiative is approved, then the revaluation will be done against the payment of 3% of the difference between the revaluation value and the registered accounting value, for real estate.

The opportunity to benefit from this property revaluation process will be available to individuals who are in the process of property legalization and registration, as well as individuals who have a business contract or order and are in the process of property legalization and registration, reports SCAN.
