But where are new businesses concentrated the most? What is the value of their capital? The data processed by Open Data speak of 3,645 business companies created in 2022.

About 62.66% of them are based in Tirana, specifically 2,284 business companies with a capital of 5.7 billion ALL or 74.3% of the total capital of companies established this year.

After Tirana, the municipality with the most companies is Durrës with 375 , i.e. about 10% of the total, and Vlora with 156 such companies. In Durrës, the average share capital for registered companies in 2022 is ALL 1.59 million. And the company with the highest capital established in this year is a company with Italian capital and owned by an Italian company. The name of the company is RFC Industries.
