It has been promised that the whole chain that has made it possible without legality will be punished, from the architect who threw the firm to the inspectors, and today, today it is said that "we are worried by this recent phenomenon. If by recent we mean the last 30 years we are fine.

Before starting work in the first term, the new government was worried about illegal constructions and promised to return to legality and put an end to the number of illegal constructions and additions.

The prime minister's long speech, under the shadow of the drama that happened, did not leave the slightest doubt that this time it was different and no one would dare to build a floor without a permit, but not even a brick could be placed outside the conditions of the permit .

Today, 15 months after the last warning, we again talk about three options left to builders (developers) for floors without permission. Three options? Actually the builders will respect the fourth option.

When you throw it at me once, it's your fault, when you throw it at me a second time, it's mine. So far, a group of builders have thrown 100 times to the government.

The word has no more weight because it has been wasted. The government's warnings resemble the Chinese's 1724 warning to the US for airspace violations….

The law has no force because it is not taken seriously by the Prime Minister in the first place. The law here has become a matter of interpretation. And this interpretation is made by the builders themselves. It is NOT just about unlicensed add-ons. The most egregious case, the most egregious case and the most unfortunate case is: vkm forcing builders to pay 10 years insurance for the buyer. Even this legal initiative was taken after the earthquake of 2019. The builders, in cooperation with notary thugs, passed this payment on to vulnerable buyers. The Ministry of Justice holds seminars on this issue instead of firing notaries and issuing standard contracts to leave no room for builders to write the law. A responsible prosecutor would open a criminal case for this desecration of the law. The judge would punish notaries, administrators, builders, inspectors. But this scenario today is closer to fantasy than reality. Millions of euros collected as a gift by this VKM for an insurance that provides nothing are turned into lobbying tools to continue the illegality and mocking and trampling on unprotected citizens. This abusive bill, like anything else, is paid by the consumer.

According to the law, the buyer must pay the municipal tax that the builder must pay, because the notary does not see the law and the interests of the parties, but the interest of the builder. The relevant ministry together with other institutions close their eyes again and talk about legality and the fight against corruption.

It was required by law in 2019 that 3% of the new built surface should go to the homeless, again builders and municipalities interpreted and applied the law in a creative way and the fact is today that 4 years after the adoption of the law, no homeless family is sheltered. Therefore, today's VKM for the seizure of floors without permission is news that will pass in less than three days. Nothing will happen, because nothing has happened. In vain that they are tired of the new VKM and in vain that something that no longer even makes you laugh has become news.

Today, with VKM enthusiastically announced, builders have three options: a) fine, b) gift of meters without permission, c) seizure. Builders will choose the fourth option. d) you will not get anything.

Maybe, maybe with the raising of satellites that will control the territory, and with the purchase of some "Bajraktar" drones (with the drones being a little careful not to crash into the unauthorized floors of the 40-story towers) - no one will dare to build without a permit. , as it has done for these 30 years, including the 17 years that the Socialist Party has governed.
