A large-scale fire engulfed a multi-story building near the "Mother Teresa" hospital on Tuesday, where medical and nursing student dormitories are also located.
At least one person has been reported injured so far. It is suspected to be due to asphyxiation. He was pulled out by firefighters via the emergency stairs, as he was on the upper floors of the building.
It is not yet known if there are any other injured people, however, most of the residents have been evacuated.
Initially, the flames engulfed the facade of the palace and then spread rapidly.
The fire is quite aggressive, which resulted in the collapse of part of the building's facade in just a few minutes.
Other units of the building complex are also at risk.
Numerous fire services are already at the scene, working intensively to extinguish the flames.
What is striking is the fact that the building was built in recent years, which may call into question the quality and safety of the residents.
