Another warehouse where narcotics were cultivated was discovered in Shkodra as part of the operation codenamed "Neonët 3". Three people, aged 27, 24 and 58, were arrested, while a 33-year-old man was declared wanted. Two OSHEE employees were also detained, and five others were placed under investigation.

In the environment that had been adapted for drug cultivation, the police found 119 cannabis plants, 2 kg and 170 grams of this dried substance, 284 electrical devices used for the cultivation of narcotic plants, and 7 cell phones.

Also, in the apartment of the 33-year-old man, a pistol, combat ammunition, several Italian documents and a pair of English license plates, which are suspected to be forged, 3 bracelets, 1 ring and 1 Rolex watch, 1 DVR, 1 police vest, 1 gun holster and belts for holding the gun, as well as a sum of money in English pounds were found.

OSHEE employees are accused of abuse of office in collaboration.

Following the plan of measures to crack down on the cultivation of narcotic plants in closed environments, based on information obtained in operational ways, specialized services at the Shkoder DVP, in cooperation with the Shkoder Police Commissariat, supported by the Operational Force and "Shqiponja", have exercised intensive controls in closed environments, with the aim of ascertaining and cracking down on cases of cultivation of narcotic plants using lamps, drying and processing them for sale.

In this context, the police operation codenamed "Neonët 3" was organized and finalized.

As part of the operation, citizens PN, 27 years old, resident of the village of Torovicë; S. Gj., 24 years old, resident of the village of Mjeda; and AB, 58 years old, resident of Shkodër, were arrested in flagrante delicto.

Citizen KP, 33 years old, resident of Shkodra, was also declared wanted.

Following the operation, citizens GA, 63 years old, and BC, 33 years old, both residents of Shkodra, were also detained, and criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens GZ, 36 years old; I. Rr., 34 years old; DT, 54 years old; DP, 32 years old; DS, 39 years old; all residents of Shkodra and all employees of OSHEE, for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", committed in collaboration.

From the checks in an environment (warehouse) in the "Mark Lula" neighborhood, adapted for the cultivation and drying of narcotic cannabis plants, the Police services found and seized as material evidence 119 suspected cannabis plants, 2 kg and 170 grams of this dried substance, 284 electrical devices used for the cultivation of narcotic plants and 7 mobile phones.

Also, from the search carried out in the apartment of citizen KP, a firearm, a pistol, combat ammunition, several Italian documents and a pair of English license plates which are suspected of being forged, 3 bracelets, 1 ring and 1 Rolex watch, 1 DVR, 1 police vest, 1 gun holster and belts for carrying the gun, as well as a monetary amount in English pounds were found and seized as material evidence.

Intensive work continues to capture citizen KP and fully document this criminal activity.

The procedural materials were passed on to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action.
