The Kruja Mountains are whitened by snow

The weather has taken a sharp turn since yesterday. Sunny days have given way to rain and snow and low temperatures.

Like in some mountainous areas in the north of the country, the Kruja Highlands have woken up from their white blanket today.

Snowfall that fell overnight at altitudes of 1,000 m above sea level has caused its thickness in some villages such as Shkreta, Bruz Mali or Qafshtama to reach several centimeters.

There are currently no reports of traffic jams, however, drivers are advised to exercise caution due to the humidity and presence of snow.
