The criminal organization led by Suel Çela raised suspicions in February 2021 that the encrypted SKY ECC application may have been intercepted by law enforcement agencies.

 Suspicions arose after the discovery and seizure of 446 kilograms of cocaine by the Dutch police in the company's warehouses, after it had left the port of Rotterdam.

The narcotics had been sent from Ecuador, transited through Belgium, but were not detected.

During the communications between Suel Çela and Ergys Dashi, who had the role of drug security in Ecuador, Çela says that these phones are not safe.

 According to what is revealed in the file, he suspects that in their case the police may have intercepted the communications, but again he emphasizes that everything will be revealed when the arrested appear before the Dutch court.

During the investigations that SPAK has carried out for Sules Çela's group, the role of Ergys Dashi, who was executed on January 22, 2022, in Guayaquil inside a bar, was discovered.

After the break-up of SKY ECC, it turns out that Dashi was the point of contact between the Albanian criminal groups and those of the country of origin, from which drugs were purchased.

 At one point, Dashi confesses to Suel Çela that he doubts the communications he has developed since all the cargoes are being discovered either on departure or in the main ports of the EU when the drugs arrive.

Another detail revealed by Suel Çela's group file is the name of another encrypted application, No1BC.

Ergys Dashi used this application to communicate with the truck driver who was transporting the boxes of bananas, which also contained narcotics.

After the blocking of the narcotics by the Dutch law-enforcement agencies, Ergys Dashi appears very worried, that they have lost a lot of money.

He says with certainty at this moment that something is wrong, raising strong suspicions that the phones have been tapped.

These doubts arise for Dashi after the customs authorities went to inspect the company's premises, which had ordered the bananas.
