The airline company 'Wizz Air' has shown problems again, but this time due to the cancellation of the flight, a delegation from Calabria could not arrive in Albania.

The Italian media write that the delegation from Calabria had planned this visit to Tirana for a long time, where they had planned meetings, with a single goal: strengthening cooperation between Albania and Calabria to create new cultural agreements.

The region of Calabria, through the regional adviser for linguistic minorities, Gianluca Gallo, has sent a note of protest to the company 'Wizz Air'.

The delegation from Calabria was supposed to have left for Albania on Monday afternoon, but the flight was postponed without many details being given by the airline. Then, the flight was suddenly canceled in the middle of the night, leaving the passengers stranded at the airport.

This scenario was repeated again on Tuesday morning, where 'Wizz Air' postponed the trip again and then the delegation from Calabria was forced to finally abandon the flight to Tirana, thus canceling all the meetings that were planned in the country. with the aim of strengthening cooperation.

This situation has caused the District to submit a formal complaint to the competent administrative authorities and express its disappointment and indignation towards the company in 'Wizz Air', reserving the right to assess the possibility of undertaking civil actions for the compensation of the damage caused.

This visit would be in the interest of our country, given that many Arber women live in Calabria.

The delegation was made up of Gianluca Gallo and regional councilors Pietro Raso and Pietro Molinaro, as well as the mayors of Firmo, Gizzeria, San Cosmo Albanese, San Demetrio Corone, some municipal councilors and journalists.
