Murder of Gjin Ndoji, GJKKO sends letter to France for clarification of SKY ECC

In the trial against businessman Pëllumb Gjoka and citizens Behar Brajovic and Edmon Preka, for the murder of Gjin Ndoji in August 2020, the GJKKO accepted the lawyers' requests for evidence that will become part of the judicial review, including the sending of a new letter of request to France to clarify the source of the SKY ECC data.

The lawyers were also granted a request to take as evidence a decision by the Dutch judicial authorities that did not allow the mass surveillance of SKY ECC users in 2019.

Meanwhile, the next session will begin with the questioning of witnesses requested by SPAK, with citizen Jozi Kraja alias Ndoj, the victim's brother extradited earlier this year from Switzerland on behalf of the "Revanshi" file, and the victim's girlfriend.
