The Tirana Court has ordered the security measure "prison arrest" for the two brothers Jurgen and Kevin Neza, as well as their cousin, Hysen Neza, suspected of kidnapping builder Florjan Sula a few days ago.

During the court session, the three arrested did not give statements, while their defense lawyer disputed the charges, claiming that this was not a kidnapping. According to him, Florjan Sula owed them about 60 million lekë and the meeting with him was held to clarify this issue, initially taking him by vehicle.

The lawyer added that, after ascertaining Sula's financial inability to repay the claimed amount, they released him.

According to the defense, one of the arrested turned himself in after learning that he was wanted, while the other two were in a serious psychological state and under the influence of narcotics. However, no documentation has been presented to the court for these claims.

According to preliminary investigations, the three young men introduced themselves as BKH agents and are suspected of kidnapping the 32-year-old, holding him for several hours in a private facility.

On March 31, according to the investigation file, they are suspected of having kidnapped and raped Florjan Sula, demanding 1 million euros for his release. According to the investigation, Sula initially promised them an amount of 500 thousand euros, while after his release he filed a police report.
