The Special Board of Appeal confirmed this Wednesday in office judge Gerd Hoxha, who is known as one of the strongest critics of the Reform in Justice.

According to him, the citizens, justice reform and the vetting process deserve more and better than the decision of the troupe.

"On behalf of the Monitoring Operation, we completely disagree with this decision not only for the content, but also for the decision-making process. I am deeply sorry for this decision for an important exponent, a brave and difficult decision of this House. Justice is something that is served when the decision is based on facts.

The justice reform, the vetting process, this special appeals chamber and the Albanian citizens deserve more and better than this decision" - says Jacobs.

As can be seen in the images below, the jury stands in a scandalous manner after giving the decision, silently listening to the statement of the ONM representative.

They take the decision in the name of the Republic of Albania and after the decision has been given, they should leave the courtroom and not stand in line in front of Theo Jacobs. Or, on the contrary, they should obey him and take the decisions as ONM or Jacobs wants.

The statement that Theo Jacobs gave today after a final decision, can be considered as an intimidation of the panel of judges of the Special Appellate Panel.
