The Democratic Party has denounced today another corruption scandal, this time in Burrel where the city's ring road was breached before construction was completed.
The Anti-Corruption Spokesperson for the Democratic Party, Genta Vangjeli , stated in a conference from the blue headquarters that the bad days for Prime Minister Edi Rama's false propaganda are not ending.
On October 22, on his social network Facebook, Rama published photos from the works nearing completion for the construction of the ring road in the city of Burrel, where the final layers of asphalt were being laid, while all works on the works of art had been completed.

But the truth is completely different.
The DP states that on March 6, ARRSH signed a contract with the company Ulza sh.pk (with supporting entity ASI 2A CO sh.pk), with the object 'Asphalting system of the roads of the Directorate of the Northern Region of Shkodra' for a value of 1.2 million euros.

According to the procurement procedure developed by the ARA, the winner who would supervise the works for the same facility was a consortium of operators (LENI ING SHPK – ANGERBA SHPK), announced the winner on June 2 of this year, 3 months after the contract for the civil works above was signed, these processes running parallel to each other since no construction work can be implemented without being supervised at the same time.
Meanwhile, on the technical information board on the ground, the works supervisor does not appear to be the union of operators announced as the winner above, but surprisingly an employee of the ARA, Mr. Nikollaq Mihali.

The DP states that " it is not known what happened to the winners in the procurement letters for supervision and the funds spent for this purpose, but it is certain that the construction works for the 1.2 million euro contract that was procured by the ARA were supervised by the ARA employee ."
And... you can see the result for yourself...
As shown in the images taken on the ground, the asphalt is cracked and the road is damaged, degraded and not properly finished.
Vangjeli emphasizes that " this is the true face of government propaganda, which tries to hide the damage, corruption and irresponsibility with photos and statuses on social networks ."
The Democratic Party demands that SPAK investigate this scandalous case.
"Albanians do not deserve theft, fraud, or corruption," says Vangjeli./ BoldNews
