And while the attention of the public opinion is focused on the imprisonment of the democratic deputy, another development has come from justice.

The Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the Special Appeal that left in force the measure "arrest in prison" imposed on two former directors of the Municipality of Tirana from the first instance on May 3 of this year.

The panel composed of Ilir Panda, Albana Boksi and Medi Bici decided to send the case for reconsideration to this court, but with another panel.

The trio of judges did not take the same stance on Taulant Tushen, who has a lighter charge than the other two former directors.

The Appeal decision was appealed to the Supreme Court by Redi Molla, Mariglen Qato, who have been in the detention cell for the "5D" file since March, as well as by Taulant Tushe, Julian Zanaj and Eglantina Zere.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, SPAK added another charge to Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato for "money laundering", while Taulant Tushen was requested to extend the investigative actions by 3 months, a request which was accepted by GJKKO.
