The Special Court has set the security measure "prison arrest" for the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako. He is accused of the criminal offense of "abuse of duty" in connection with a tender and the permit of a building.

Builder Fiqiri Farrku and 5 other officials also remained in prison. Meanwhile, the security measure has changed from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for Ardian Bulku, accused as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms" committed in the form of falsification of forms approved by the person tasked with drafting them in cooperation.

As for former lawyer Diana Deda, the security measure has changed from "house arrest" to "obligation to appear".

According to SPAK, Vangjush Dako in cooperation with other former officials "legalized an object built before the construction permit was issued, and not according to the approved project".

Also, it is reported that the former mayor together with the director of the construction company, the architect and the surveyors have misused their duties, where it is cited that the latter "did not reflect in the technical-legal documentation of the object the truth about the time when the works were done and the construction was carried out, making these acts falsified in content
