39 minutes and 5 seconds. So little time, but so much puzzle. Two missing and a vehicle with two different license plates. Planned, random, single or multiple authors? This is the mystery that the best officers of the State Police have been trying to solve for 1 month.

The disappearance of two 46-year-olds, Leonard Thodhori and Fatmir Sulovari, continues to be intensively investigated by the police and the prosecutor's office, while field searches continue to be unsuccessful even though sniffers from Kosovo have come to help, BalkanWeb reports.

Meanwhile, a very enigmatic detail is learned from the investigation file regarding the disappearance of two people in Saranda. "Koçolja" and Sulovari did not appear to have disappeared at night, but on the sunny day of April 6. The police have in their hands the video footage of how the "Mercedes-Benz" type vehicle that is suspected of having kidnapped them, passed on 15.13.09 in the vicinity of the village of Pllakë in the direction of Sorone and was caught on the way back by the same camera. at 15.52.14. So it is assumed that Thodhori and Sulovari were also inside this vehicle on the run and then on the way back they were not. So there are 39 minutes for which the police have no footage and which are thought to be the key minutes that determine the fate of the two 46-year-olds. On the way out, the vehicle had license plates AA175LV and on the way back, the same vehicle had license plates YTO1114.


These license plates are stolen in Albania and Greece. Can someone commit two murders, hide the corpses and change the license plates of a vehicle in 39 minutes? How far from the village of Pllakë did this vehicle leave and after finishing work did it return? Were the two 46-year-olds killed by the driver or any passenger of the vehicle or were they handed over to one or several other persons? Is it possible that in 39 minutes a vehicle goes from Pllaka to Xarrë or Vrîna and returns, committing either murder and hiding corpses, or handing over persons and of course changing license plates, or did this happen in the area of ??Sorone? The answer to these questions is in the mysterious 39 minutes that no security camera caught.
