The owner of a furniture store in Tirana was killed this evening with 6 bullets in the "Palace of Arrows" area.
56-year-old Bujar Nasufi was shot by a hooded masked man as he walked out of his business, a furniture store he owned with his brother. He was walking to his car, a gray Mercedes with a roof rack, when he was shot.
The crime was seen by several witnesses who were at the scene and have already been questioned, and was filmed by security cameras in the area.
The perpetrator fled at high speed on a motorbike, allegedly towards the Selita neighborhood, where numerous checkpoints have been set up.
Six shell casings were found at the scene, while Nasufi died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
The incident remains mysterious because the 56-year-old does not appear to be a person with a criminal past.
