
Dozens of passengers of the Wizz Air flight code W46630 are exhausted by this company's negligence and irresponsibility.
They were supposed to arrive on Saturday evening in Tirana on the flight that left at 20:30 from Milan Malpensa to Rinas, but the plane did not land due to bad weather.
The plane then ended up in Bari and later again in Malpensa, Milan, where the company did not offer passengers a taxi or accommodation in hotels in the area.
In Milan, passengers report to Voxnews.al that they sat down at 4 o'clock in the morning on Sunday and were promised that they would leave for Albania with a flight at 1:50 p.m.
So, a total irresponsibility of the Wizz Air company, which made dozens of passengers wait for more than eight hours at the airport, moreover, there are also minors among them, as can be seen in these images that have arrived in our editorial office.
But the odyssey does not end there. The representatives of the Hungarian flight company announced the postponement three more times, until the arrival of the next plane that would bring them to Tirana. The problem is that the second aircraft had a smaller passenger capacity than the company had sold for the failed flight on Saturday.
Nearly 50 passengers remained at Milan airport again. Tired and sleepless, the passengers demanded an account from the company's representatives at the Milan airport. So much so that their revolt caused the police to be called.
The situation remains tense at the airport. Where nearly 50 passengers, mostly Albanians, will spend the second night at Malpensa airport due to the irresponsibility of the Wizz Air company.
This is not the first time that Wizz Air has been accused of delays and other serious violations in air transport, but the daily denunciations so far have fallen on deaf ears, not only of the company but also of the Albanian authorities, under the nose of whose citizens are being treated as third world people.
