Conditions for the murder of Durim Bami were secured, the investigation into

Aldo Avdyli was informed this Friday of the closure of the investigations into the "Revanshi" file, and the materials are now expected to be transferred to the GJKKO with a request for trial.

Meanwhile, since July of this year, the GJKKO has been trialing the 'Revanshi' file, where 14 people have been charged with a series of serious criminal offenses, but for Aldo Avdyli, due to his subsequent arrest, the trial is expected to be held separately. 

The Special Prosecution Office says that in order to execute Durim Bami, a man already wanted for justice, on behalf of Arben Noka, who accused him of the murder of his brother, several people collaborated, including members of the Avdyli family, Ervis Martinaj, etc.

Avdyli also has a security measure of "prison arrest" for the murder of Edmir Bregu on January 21, 2021 in Durrës.

According to SPAK, Avdyli was the leader and coordinator of the criminal group, Enea Kume was the accessory to the crime, and Alfred Doka was the executioner.

The prosecution says that Bregu's murder was carried out on the orders of Astrit Avdyli in revenge, after the victim had previously attempted to kill his nephew Aldo Avdyli.

In relation to this case, Aldo Avdyli is accused of "premeditated murder", committed for revenge, "committing acts by a criminal organization" and "structured criminal group".
